We are AirBnb "superhosts" and are happy to host you through the official AirBnb site. However, by booking directly with us, we can save you about 15% in their fees.

• Direct bookings rates are $90-95/night for a two guest stay, dependent on the season. (Additional guests up to four are each an additional $10/night.)
• Due to strict short term rental laws on Oahu, bookings must no shorter than 29 nights. Standard $150 cleaning fee.
• Sorry, no pets. 
• Hawaii general excise and transient accommodation taxes (17.96%) apply to all stays less than 6 months.
• Bookings paid for by credit card will include an additional 3% charge for bank processing fees; Zelle or direct bank transfers may be used instead to avoid those fees.
• Bookings are non-refundable after 48 hours. To hold your reservation we accept a 50% deposit by credit card with the balance automatically charged 5 days before your check in. At check in we will charge a refundable 25% security deposit, returned to you after your stay is completed and the space is left in good condition.
